See what a virtual assistant costs before you book a call
Pick the roles for the work you want off your plate and a 3, 6 or 12 month term. You'll see the hourly rate for each, with recruitment, payroll and equipment already in it.
One hourly rate, with the hiring, payroll and equipment in it
The rate in your quote pays for one dedicated assistant and the work an employer does around them. Every plan comes with these.
- Recruitment and vetting. We find and screen your assistant before you meet them.
- Employment and payroll. Need help without becoming an employer? We employ your assistant, so their pay and paperwork are ours (clause 11).
- Equipment. No laptop or desk to pay for on top.
- One dedicated assistant. One person on your working hours, not a shared pool.
- Replacement in the first two weeks. Not the right fit? Ask for a replacement in the first two weeks (clause 7.2).
- Crewhall and the time tracker. Stop chasing your assistant for updates: end-of-day reports with the hours worked, free.
- A Singapore agreement. No company to open abroad. Your agreement is with our Singapore company, under Singapore law (clause 16).
Simple, predictable billing: one invoice a month per assistant
- One invoice a month per assistant, sent in advance (clause 3.2).
- Full-time is 160 hours a month (clause 5.2). Part-time is 20 hours a week.
- A one-month deposit before the start, credited toward your last month or two (clauses 4.1 and 4.2).
- Your minimum term is the one in your proposal. After it, the plan runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' notice (clauses 2.1, 2.2 and 12.1).
- Rates exclude GST and other taxes (clause 3.5).
